	Grontmij | Carl Bro act as our client’s representative in the planning and construction/renovation of buildings. Through inspired cooperation we assist our future tenants in making the best decision at best time regarding company location, space requirement, furnishings, choice of material, financing and the terms of contracts. Grontmij | Carl Bro also provide assistance during negotiations with the project developer/the building owner and participate in project meetings with the architect, engineers and contractors. Our aim is to ensure optimum quality within the agreed rent limit for the tenant. We carefully estimate changes to the project that could lead to an increase or a deduction in the building sum and the influence this might have on the rent.   Throughout the construction process we ensure that our client has a good grasp of the entire operation and is satisfied that the building will be completed to the agreed quality and specification, whilst remaining within the limits of both time and budget.
