	Construction supervision and contract administration have been core activities for Grontmij | Carl Bro for the last 40 years on domestic and international construction and civil engineering projects. Supervision, contract administration and monitoring especially in construction contracts are parallel activities during the construction of works or supply of equipment. Keeping track of time and cost, evaluate claims and participate in dispute resolution during the implementation of the projects are the contractual obligations of “the Engineer” as defined in the FIDIC conditions of contract. This calls for Resident Engineers as well as home office back up with special experience and expertise.
