Monitoring, review and reporting are core management responsibilities undertaken by Grontmij | Carl Bro on behalf of donors and lending agencies. Grontmij | Carl Bro has gained considerable expertise and experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes.

Monitoring involves the collection, analysis, communication and use of information about the project’s progress.

Reviews performed regularly provide an opportunity for project stakeholders to analyse information collected, and take necessary actions to keep the project on track.

Evaluation of project and programmes has a broader scope, measuring impact and realisation of objectives. Monitoring is often used as basis to decide on future policies and strategies rather than for corrective measures for the individual project.
