	Tendering and contracting of works, supplies or services are core competencies in the international consultancy of Grontmij | Carl Bro. The planning and implementation of the tendering and contracting process is a key to successful implementation and achievement of goals. Tendering and Contracting are often vital aspects in the implementation of projects. Application of appropriate tender procedures and contract documents for procurement of works, goods and services facilitate a transparent and optimal process for the benefit of the project. The staff of the Contract Management Department possess extensive experience in preparing tender and contract documents for construction projects as well as for procurement of goods and services based on internationally recognized guidelines and procedures, i.e. FIDIC, EU, World Bank standards, etc. Further, we perform tender evaluations assuring that both technical and legal aspects of the tender documents are in order, ensuring the most advantageous contractor/supplier is selected. Based on approved evaluation reports we draw up and issue contract documents ready for signature by the contracting parties.
