	Project management is a crucial success factor for everyone involved in a project, and is therefore a vital skill for the Grontmij | Carl Bro – whether working on conventional engineering projects or providing management consultancy in a developing country. The project manager is an absolutely pivotal person in the Grontmij | Carl Bro. He or she has to unite all stakeholders around a common goal, which calls for understanding and insight into a wide range of aspects. Above all, the project manager has to be able to consider the strategic demands of the project and the client, while remaining creatively open to continuous adaptation as and when new problems and expectations arise.
