THE FIVE COMMANDMENTS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

07/09/2005
Our Mission, Vision and Core Values form the basis of our Five Commandments for successful project management. The Five Commandments act as a daily guide in our project-related work.

1. Communication and information

A good project manager is a listener, and communicates information at all levels in the right place and at the right time.

2. Planning (inc. time and economics)

A good project manager conducts the project in the right direction and achieves the set goals.

3. Proactivity and dedication

A good project manager seeks insight and understanding, and keeps abreast of the situation.

4. Responsibility and credibility

A good project manager takes responsibility and ownership, and turns up well prepared and in good time, every time.

5. Respect in mutual relations

A good project manager creates a positive atmosphere in the team by respecting the differences between co-workers.

Every year we reward the Project Manager of the Year in the Grontmij | Carl Bro with a prize
