Soon, when DGIparken Herning starts to take shape, it will be on the basis of a solid professional foundation. Grontmij | Carl Bro is responsible for the projecting of the entire construction project, which is the largest joint construction project in the municipality of Herning so far.
DGIparken is a completely new 30,000 m2 health and wellness building in 12 storeys in the middle of Herning and includes a water culture house, a health centre, a new media house with a modern library section, a hotel with 150 rooms, an apartment complex with 36 apartments as well as an underground parking facility with 300 spots.
In close cooperation with Årstiderne Architects, Grontmij | Carl Bro is in charge of the projecting of the entire construction project – from the large construction works and structures to for example electrical installations, plumbing, ventilation, cooling, sound and acoustics as well as fire protection.
In other words, we will participate at all levels from the 3-storey basement to the 12th floor.
The building is expected to be ready on the date 10-10-2010 at 10 AM.
