DENMARK, BASIC MANAGEMENT COURSE	28/09/2005
	The training course “Basic Management Skills” was implemented by Grontmij | Carl Bro as on behalf of Danida Fellowship Centre The overall goal of this tailor-made training course was to increase the participants’ ”ability to apply general and strategic management, especially in connection with the process of managing change in their organisation”. This means they will be enabled to: -Develop strategies for organisational change within their organisation -Manage more effectively within their home organisation -Participate in and manage organisational change within their organisation The course is designed to support Danida funded project and it is for wide range of professions working within sectors such as Health, Environment and law.The participant came from Vietnam, Uganda and Zambia. The course had four main elements; classroom training, developing an individual project for implementation in the home organisation, practise placement in a professionally relevant Danish organisation, and an introduction to Denmark and the Danida Fellowship Centre.
