Develop, apply and systemize a methodology for Participatory Planning that responds to the needs of the start up of the Development Plans for the Municipal Associations, which have been legally formed with help from ISDEM.
Support and back-up to a pilot process of micro-regional participatory planning for the municipal association in the micro-region Paracentral Norte, including the municipalities of Departamento de Cabañas and two municipalities from Departamento de Cuscatlan, with the purpose of validating the suggested methodology.
Develop the Methodology for the Micro-Regional Participatory Planning and design the methodological guideline.
Sistematization and socialization of the participatory planning proces at micro-regional level.
Strenghtening of the institutional capacity of ISDEM in order to support the processes of Participatory Planning of the Micro-Regional Development.
Services rendered:
- Development of methodology for participatory planning for municipal associations and preparation of methodological guideline.
- Development of modules of capacity building for the participants in the planning process.
- Capacity building of the Salvadorian staff in areas related to participatory planning, including logical framework, team work, planning concepts and methodologies.
- Technical assistance and back-up to the implementation of the participatory planning process.
