Technical assistance to the Project Implementation Unit established in the Ministry of Health of Serbia for management and implemention of present and future investment projects.
The objective of the assistance is to build the capacity of the PIU to be prepared to manage and implement future domestic and internationally financed health infrastructure projects.
Grontmij | Carl Bro a|s provides assistance in planning, procurement and implementation of an existing project for rehabilitation and upgrading of 21 hospitals, financed by a Euro 50 million loan from the European Investment Bank The services comprises tendering, contracting, contract administration and supervision of Works and Supply Contracts under the EIB loan.The work is carried out in close cooperaton with local PIU staff and management.
Grontmij | Carl Bro a|s provide training of Serbian stafff in procurement, contract administration and supervision. The training programme comprises both on-the-job-training as well as organised wokshops and seminars.
