The Client was in need of assistance in establishment of a contract document according to FIDIC Yellow Book. The contract was negotiated on the basis of a proposal by the Client to the Dominican Authorities, submitted without any tender documents. The Contract was to be exhibit to a sub-contracting agreement which the Client would enter into with an international trading company acting as nominated exporter organising the financing.
The Contract Specialist provided the following services:
- Study of contractual arrangements, responsibilities, risks etc.
- Coordination of contracts.
- Establishment of contract document for Client, providing the necessary cover for risks etc.
