ECUADOR, WATER PROJECTS IN ECUADOR FOR MIXED CREDITS: MACHALA AND MACARÁ

Water treatment plants and supply systems for two towns with a population of 20,000 and 200,000 people, respectively. Total project costs are USD 16.5 million.
Services:
- Appraisal mission to Ecuador for fact-finding regarding population, socio-economics, existing water and sewerage systems and other information relevant for the appraisal.
- Separate reports containing economic, financial and technical evaluations and recommendations have been prepared for each of the towns.
- Tender documents in accordance with FIDIC conditions were finally prepared and tenders were obtained and recommendations made.
- Documents and recommendations of Contractors were discussed with officials from the two towns and with officials from the Government of Ecuador.
