	Future Agents is a cross-disciplinary, cross-divisional and cross-cultural group of young employees of Grontmij | Carl Bro. With their commitment and oblique approach, they inspire colleagues and management to find new ways. Since 2002, Future Agents have worked on expanding and implementing the company’s values, which are a guiding star for Grontmij | Carl Bro with regard to how we wish to act towards customers, colleagues and the surrounding society. These young people were selected to work on the values by management due to their energy and commitment, but also because they have an intuitive feel with regard to the direction in which the world is moving. At first, the agents were primarily supposed to inspire the management, but as the process progressed, the young employees as well as management wanted Future Agents to play a larger and more permanent role at Grontmij | Carl Bro. Ideas become reality Since the beginning, the agents’ projects have grown in number and into much more than the work on the values, as the young entrepreneurs have plenty of ideas. And if the arguments are compelling enough, there is also will and room to put the ideas into practice. Significant profit Even though the group of Future Agents is a company project, the young agents also derive significant personal and professional profit from the work in the group. Mainly because you get the chance to follow your own initiatives from idea to reality. But also because you as a Future Agent get a network that cuts across the entire organisation - a network that you can draw on, on a social as well as a professional level.
