	... Grontmij | Carl Bro, says 30-year-old Morten Pilebo, who has just been appointed as a consultant at Grontmij | Carl Bro’s Facilities Management department after a tenweek placement. Although Morten has only been employed at Grontmij | Carl Bro for barely two months, he has already got plenty to do. “When I was choosing somewhere for a placement, I targeted Grontmij | Carl Bro, as I had heard the company is a great innovator within Facilities Management” – Morten’s main field of interest. It was during his placement that he really got a taste for Grontmij | Carl Bro . That is why he chose to write his final paper in Facilities Management, so he could then come to work in the same field at Grontmij | Carl Bro. Morten is currently working as a consultant within Facilities Management at Grontmij | Carl Bro, where he is working on an innovation project with a focus on total economic considerations and strategic consultancy. “Through projects you get a broad network within the company, team members show huge commitment, and you can move right across professional and knowledge areas”. In addition to that, Morten emphasises the relaxed atmosphere and mood, which he believes characterises Grontmij | Carl Bro: “I like the fact that my colleagues are down to earth and easy to talk to”. Morten also fits in well socially: “It’s great that there is also emphasis on the social aspect. I have been to some really great parties – loads of fun”, he smiles.
